This is an affluent town which is bordered on the east by Newton, north by Weston, south by Needham and Dover and on the west by Natick. The town has a total area of 10.49 square miles and serviced by great schools, the commuter rail with three stops, and Rte 128/ Rte 9. Neighborhoods: Wellesley Farms, The Fells, Wellesley Hills, Wellesley Square, Poets’ Corner, Babson Park, Peirce Estates, College Heights. Its home to famous Wellesley & Babson Colleges with a vibrant downtown and Linden Square—a shopping district that includes a flagship Roche Bros. supermarket, restaurants.
